Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for wallpaper or tinted paint*. Un-tinted paint and primer (ie. no colour added or factory-tinted black/white) and un-opened sundries are returnable at our physical retail location with proof of purchase within 30 days. We do not accept returns from other Benjamin Moore retailers.

Some exceptions may be made for special circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Please speak to an associate for assistance further details.

* Defective products can be returned/exchanged. Defective items must be brought to our physical store location with proof of purchase and, where possible and applicable, proof of the defect (ie. photos/videos of product failure). Defective items may be exchanged for a new item or refunded at the discretion of the business owner and any relevant product suppliers. Some delays may occur in receiving a new product, especially in the case of specialty paint or any wallpaper. Please contact us for more details.
