Online Ordering FAQ

How will I receive my online order?

Wallpaper orders are shipped directly to our store to be inspected for quality and accuracy purposes, and are then available for customer pick-up. You will be notified upon the arrival of your order via phone or email. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive. If you would like to order wallpaper directly to your home, please contact us for shipping options within Canada, or choose "local delivery" at checkout, if you live in North or West Vancouver.

(Please note local delivery fees are separate from supplier shipping fees and will appear as separate lines on your order receipt. Discounts applied to local delivery will not affect or remove supplier shipping fees. For more information, feel free to contact us directly.)

 

Can I ship my order somewhere other than the store?

Yes! We offer direct-to-customer shipping on wallpaper orders within Canada. This process is not yet automated at check-out, however, so we will need to manually input shipping information and adjust your shipping fees. Please contact us for more information and/or to place an order.


Are returns/refunds offered if I change my mind about the pattern I ordered?

Most wallpaper is non-refundable, but some companies offer returns on unopened rolls for a fee. Please check with us before placing an order if you believe you may wish to return any of the wallpaper you are purchasing.


How do I calculate the number of rolls I need?

If you are unsure of the amount of rolls needed for your project, feel free to contact us for assistance. We will require the measurements (height, width, length) of each wall you wish to cover, in addition to measurements of any spaces that will not be covered (ie. Doors, windows, cabinets, etc.) in order to best assist with estimates on the number of rolls you will need.

 

Is there a shipping fee? How much is shipping? 

All our wallpaper is sourced from external suppliers and thus must be sent to the store as a special shipment, which requires a shipping fee based on the number of rolls purchased. There is a shipping fee of $14 per double roll for online orders. Samples are charged a flat shipping fee of $20 regardless of number of samples ordered. Shipping direct-to-customer may require adjusted rates based on location. Please contact us for more information if you wish to order directly to your home.


What if the pattern I want is out of stock?

Stock availability is updated on our website on a scheduled basis rather than in real time, as it is sourced via an external supplier whose systems are not directly linked to ours. If an order is processed for a pattern that is presently out of stock with our supplier, you will be notified via email or phone call. From there, you can request a full refund or get the updated shipping timeline based on the supplier's back-order date, as per your preference.


Do you have someone who could come to my house and hang the wallpaper?

While we do not have staff that install wallpaper working at the store, we can provide you with a list of trusted professionals that we recommend. If you would like us to send you the latest copy of this list, please contact us!

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Wallpaper orders typically take 2-3 weeks to arrive to the store. Sample sizes may arrive faster.
